Join push hands champions Rick Barrett and Stephe Watson for a delightful day of tai chi, humor, and stand-up metaphysics at the beautiful Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens in Staten Island. Rick and Stephe depart from the well-worn path to offer competition-tested insights about the internal arts. No tai chi experience required.

Included is a visit to the remarkable Chinese Scholar's Garden. The Scholar's Garden was hand-crafted by Mainland artisans on the site and must be experienced to be believed. It is the first of its kind in the U.S.

Seminars begin at 10 am. Lunch 12-1 pm (not included in price). Free play 1-2. Seminars 2-4 pm. Scholar's Garden tour 4-5 pm.

We’ll feast in Chinatown at 7 pm.
