True health is the harmony of life within us, consisting of peace of mind, happiness,
and well-being. It is not merely a question of physical fitness, but is rather a result
of the soul finding free expression through the mind and body of the individual.
– Dr. Randolph Stone, founder of Polarity Therapy

As coherence approaches infinity, entropy approaches zero.
– Mae Wan Ho, biophysicist

We swim in an ocean of energies. We are in it and of it. Our peace of mind, happiness, and well-being are dependent on having the energy to handle the challenges we encounter in life. And that means removing the impediments to tapping into the abundance that surrounds us.

My overall purpose in healing is to empower individuals to heal themselves. To accomplish this I use a wide variety of tools under the umbrella of Polarity Therapy, such as craniosacral balancing, energy psychology, neurolymphatic and neurovascular therapy, trancework, and verbal counseling. Sessions are individually tailored to the client.

Sessions allow you to relax more deeply than you ever thought possible. This allows you to personally experience heightened energetic coherence and unravel the internal conflicts that make the body/mind susceptible to illness, injury, and unhappiness. As the visionary Mae Wan Ho says in the quote above, coherence is inversely proportional to entropy. The better we function as an integrated whole the less we move toward deterioration. In our human terms that means longer, healthier, happier lives. The energies we need become available and are used more efficiently. Life gets a little easier—and more fun.

Energy patterns manifest in our lives physically, emotionally, and mentally. If we treat the symptom without addressing the underlying conflict it will inevitably manifest in another way. The body/mind speaks to us in the softest voice we can hear. If we ignore the subtle cues, it will get progressively louder until it is heard.

The goal of healing is body/mind/spirit integration. Return to wholeness. Again and again. As Dr. Stone says, “…the soul finding free expression through the mind and body of the individual.”
